SpaceX Adds Sequoia’s Roelof Botha as Independent Director

SpaceX said it elected Roelof Botha, a long-time Sequoia Capital investor, to its board as an independent director. According to Bloomberg, the appointment comes less than a week after the Elon Musk-led company’s record-setting initial public offering.
