South Africa’s IDC, Vision Group Agree Deal to Save Tongaat Hulett From Liquidation

South Africa’s Industrial Development Corp. and tycoon-backed Vision Group agreed on a deal to save century-old sugar maker Tongaat Hulett Pvt Ltd. from liquidation. In a statement, according to Bloomberg, the parties said the agreement would prevent the company from being liquidated.
