Geely to Streamline Structure, Focus Resources on Hong Kong-Listed Arm

China’s Zhejiang Geely Holding Group will streamline its structure by shutting down or merging some entities and will concentrate resources around its Hong Kong-listed arm, Chairman Li Shufu said. According to Bloomberg, the move is aimed at improving governance.
