Ferretti SpA is weighing an offer to buy all or part of troubled rival The Italian Sea Group SpA, according to people familiar with the matter. According to Bloomberg, a deal would strengthen Ferretti’s position in Italy; Ferretti owns the Riva and Wally yacht brands.
