Bizlink to Buy Blackstone’s Interplex ICT Unit in Deal Valued at About $850 Million

Bizlink Holding Inc. agreed to buy the information and communications technology unit of Blackstone Inc.’s Interplex in a deal valued at about $850 million. In a statement, according to Bloomberg, Bizlink said the acquisition will expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the information and communications technology market.
