U.S. House Bill Proposes Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and Digital Asset Stockpile

A newly published U.S. House bill proposes formally establishing a “Strategic Bitcoin Reserve” and a “Digital Asset Stockpile.” According to PANews, the text of H.R.8957 on the U.S. Congress website shows that Representative Nick Begich proposed the American Reserve Modernization Act of 2026 in May 2026.
