Keyrock to Acquire Bankrupt BlockFills for $3.25 Million

Keyrock, a Brussels-based digital asset services firm, is set to acquire bankrupt crypto trading and lending firm BlockFills for $3.25 million, pending court approval, according to CoinDesk. BlockFills, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March, reported liabilities between $100 million and $500 million, with assets ranging from $50 million to $100 million. The acquisition will provide Keyrock access to BlockFills' institutional client network, including hedge funds and market makers. A court hearing for the sale approval is scheduled for June 16, 2026.
