Zhipu Plans A-Share Issuance and STAR Market Listing

Zhipu is preparing to seek approval from Chinese regulators for an A-share issuance and a listing on the STAR Market. According to NS3.AI, the proposed issuance would represent 2% to 8% of the company's total share capital upon completion.
