Iranian Military Advisor Urges U.S. to Negotiate Amid Tensions

Iran's Supreme Leader's military advisor, Mohsen Rezaei, recently emphasized in an interview that negotiations are the only viable path for the United States, as continuing the current conflict is unsustainable. According to Odaily, Rezaei stated that Iran is prepared to launch attacks to break any ongoing U.S. maritime blockade. He highlighted that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has developed a new combat system centered on asymmetric warfare, utilizing cost-effective drones to target high-value enemy assets. Rezaei, who previously served as the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and played a key role in shaping Iran's military doctrine, is now an advisor to Iran's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, and a member of the Expediency Discernment Council.
