KAIKAKU.AI has introduced Epicure, a set of three AI models designed to process culinary data. According to NS3.AI, these models have been trained on a vast dataset of 4.14 million multilingual recipes. Rather than storing the recipes themselves, the models map 1,790 ingredients into 300-number coordinates, offering a unique approach to culinary AI.
