Proposal to Unfreeze $71 Million in ETH from Kelp DAO Exploit Nears Approval

A joint proposal to unfreeze approximately $71 million in Ethereum (ETH) linked to the Kelp DAO exploit is anticipated to pass today. According to NS3.AI, Aave Labs, Kelp DAO, and LayerZero have submitted this measure to aid in restoring part of the rsETH collateral through the DeFi United recovery project. Should the proposal be approved, it will proceed to a final on-chain governance stage.
