Spanish authorities have seized two cryptocurrency cold wallets containing approximately €400,000 during a crackdown on illegal comic distribution platforms. According to Odaily, the operation was carried out by police in Almería, Spain, resulting in the arrest of three suspects and the dismantling of what is considered the country's largest Spanish-language pirated comic website. The platform, operational since 2014, offered free pirated content and generated revenue primarily through advertising, accumulating over €4 million in the past decade. Notably, the cold wallets involved were concealed within a wall thermometer. Police have not disclosed whether they have obtained the private keys or access to the funds.
