China and Brazil Discuss Strengthening Customs Cooperation

On March 26, Zhang Baofeng, Deputy Director of China's General Administration of Customs, co-chaired the 10th meeting of the China-Brazil High-Level Committee on Inspection and Quarantine with Brazil's Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Goulart. According to Jin10, the meeting focused on enhancing customs inspection and quarantine cooperation to promote healthy trade in agricultural and food products between China and Brazil. Several agreements were reached during the discussions. Brazil's Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Rua, also attended the meeting.
