Bankrupt auto parts manufacturer First Brands has reached an agreement to sell one of its four remaining operational businesses to an affiliate of Active Dynamics Group. Bloomberg posted on X that Active Dynamics Group specializes in producing pollution control systems. This transaction is part of First Brands' efforts to restructure and manage its financial challenges.
