Adam Meyers, Senior Vice President of Intelligence at CrowdStrike, stated that the group Hydro Kitten, associated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has signaled plans to target the financial sector.
James Turgal, a former FBI official and current Vice President of Cyber Risk and Board Relations at Optiv, anticipates a rise in distributed denial-of-service attacks, personal information exposure, data breaches, and website defacement over the next month, with the potential for more severe cyber intrusions.
