IoTeX Announces Comprehensive Recovery and Compensation Plan

IoTeX has unveiled a comprehensive recovery and compensation plan, promising full reimbursement to all affected legitimate users. According to Foresight News, users holding cross-chain assets from Ethereum (USDC, USDT, ETH, WBTC) on the IoTeX chain during the hacking incident are eligible for compensation. Users with affected assets totaling less than $10,000 will receive immediate full compensation, covering over 90% of affected users. Those with assets exceeding $10,000 will receive phased full compensation and an additional 10% reward in the form of IOTX staked for 12 months. The claim portal and fund recovery deposit address will be announced through official channels on February 27.
