The London Stock Exchange plans to launch its LSE 24 overnight platform in the first half of 2027, while the Korea Exchange began after-hours continuous trading in September. The US dollar fell after Democrats swept Congress in the US Midterms, as lower yields and policy uncertainty weighed. The DXY hit 101.10 on November 4, a five-week low and 1.7% below October’s 18-month peak of 102.87, according to BeInCrypto. It was up about 4% in 2026 and rebounded to 102.28 on November 6. The 10-year yield slid to 4.92% from around 5.3% in early October; October job growth of 165,000 beat expectations, lifting bets on a December Fed rate hike. Dollar weakness may favor stocks and crypto, though Bitcoin fell more than 5% in the AI-led selloff. Inflation, Fed signals and DXY support at 100.90–101.15 are key; a break below 100.90 could expose 100.20–100.60 and 99.

According to ChainCatcher citing Serenity, IREN's earnings report and Rosenblatt research, some neocloud providers, including NBIS, look attractive after a sharp valuation decline. Serenity said companies with close ties to suppliers such as NVIDIA, contracted capacity, necessary permits, well-funded partners and affordable equipment financing may remain well-positioned. Serenity cited IREN's report that advance payments under a five-year agreement can cover 90% of GPU capital expenditures, showing listed neocloud providers can adapt to tight financing. It also noted that re-contracting prices for older H100 GPUs reached twice their previous level, countering some concerns about equipment depreciation. Rosenblatt research described NBIS's major projects in Missouri, Pennsylvania and South Carolina as low-risk. Serenity said tighter financing and potential permit restrictions could disadvantage new entrants and strengthen the competitive edge of established providers.
